Poached Eggs

Farm to Fork: simple techniques, better eggs, richer flavor.

Today we're making poached eggs, the Wilcox way. 🍳✨ Soft, silky, and perfect on toast.

How to make it:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer

  2. Crack a Wilcox pasture-raised omega-3 egg into a small bowl

  3. Gently slip it into the water

  4. Let it cook about 2 minutes

  5. Lift with a slotted spoon and pat dry

  6. Season with salt + pepper
