Today we're making poached eggs, the Wilcox way. 🍳✨ Soft, silky, and perfect on toast.
How to make it:
Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer
Crack a Wilcox pasture-raised omega-3 egg into a small bowl
Gently slip it into the water
Let it cook about 2 minutes
Lift with a slotted spoon and pat dry
Season with salt + pepper
