Our Roots
Discover Wilcox Farms
Locally Owned, Locally Grown.
Tucked into the foothills of Mt. Rainier, Wilcox Family Farms has been part of the Northwest landscape for over a century. What began as a small family farm is now a fifth-generation tradition built on care for our hens, our land, and our community. Our flocks roam freely on open pastures, enjoying fresh air, green grass, and space to explore. It’s a simple way of farming that leads to better living for our hens and better eggs for your family.
For us, sustainable farming means protecting what makes this region so special. That’s why we steward our land with the next hundred years in mind. Our team practices rotational grazing for our hens, sources feed from nearby farms, and partners with local Tribes to restore and protect salmon habitats along the Nisqually River. By avoiding pesticides and harmful chemicals, we help keep our soil, rivers, and surrounding wildlife thriving, because a healthy farm depends on a healthy environment.
Growing Responsibly for the Future.
Over a century of care.
Rooted in the Northwest.
More than a century ago, Judson and Elizabeth Wilcox put down roots along Washington’s Nisqually River, beginning a family tradition that continues to this day. What started with a small flock and a lot of heart has grown into a fifth-generation tradition of raising healthy hens and caring for the land that sustains us.
Through more than a century of change, one thing has never shifted: our belief that good food comes from good stewardship. Today, the next generation of Wilcoxes is learning those same lessons — how to care deeply, work hard, and leave things better than they found them.
Meet the Wilcox family.
For Five Generations,
Since 1909, our family has been farming the same land with the same values that started it all: hard work, honesty, and respect for the earth and animals.
We’re still family-owned, still hands-on, and still proud to bring Northwest families the eggs we gather each day from our pastures.
The Wilcox Family has called Roy, WA, Home.
