Pesto Fried Eggs

Today we're making pesto fried eggs, the Wilcox way. 🌿🥚 Sizzling, herby, and perfect on toast.

How to make it:

  1. Add a spoonful of pesto to a hot skillet (no oil needed)

  2. Make a small well in the pesto • Crack in a Wilcox pasture-raised omega-3 egg

  3. Cook on medium until the edges crisp and the yolk sets how you like

  4. Season with salt + pepper

  5. Serve over your favorite toasted bread
