How to make it:
Add a spoonful of pesto to a hot skillet (no oil needed)
Make a small well in the pesto β’ Crack in a Wilcox pasture-raised omega-3 egg
Cook on medium until the edges crisp and the yolk sets how you like
Season with salt + pepper
Serve over your favorite toasted bread
